Some real scammers. They tell you that you retain the coverage of your previous policy and that you have no deficiencies coming from another company. The reality is that when faced with any operation, they grab at whatever they can to avoid covering it. As soon as you insist, they cancel your policy, but after collecting the bill, they are rats like that. The treatment in the office, disastrous. They're only nice if they're going to rip you off with a new hire. When you have a problem, they treat you like trash and don't even look at your face. It doesn't help them to send emails, certified letters... nor do they bother to look at them.

Don't even think about contracting with this company. It is a complete scam, 1000 and one excuses will be invented to not authorize an MRI. They lie to you saying that you have no shortage coming from another company. LIE GENTLEMEN, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

They almost never answer and when they make you wait again, they are friendly but not prompt, :-(
